Maternity Pictures
Cody's mom, Sue, offered to take our family maternity pictures just like she did when we were pregnant with Owen. We are so grateful she offered and took the time to do this for us! Thank you so much, Sue! We love the pictures!
The only thing I wish was different was that Owen really didn't cooperate. We wanted to do more family maternity shots with all three of us, and I really wanted some pictures of me and Owen with him hugging or kissing my belly. He basically wanted nothing to do with taking pictures and we didn't get most of the shots I was hoping for with Owen. However, the day was bound to come when Owen wouldn't want to take pictures with us and I really can't fault him for wanting to go run around and play instead of being held and bribed into standing with us and smiling. Thankfully we got a ton of great pictures that I do love even though Owen didn't allow us to get the ones with him. Oh well. Sometimes he can be a cute little stinker. I guess that's what toddler life is all about.
So without rambling any longer -here are our favorites! (I'm terrible at narrowing them down more, so sorry - not sorry.) These pictures were taken at 37 weeks - same time we did them while pregnant with Owen.
After we finished our pictures we decided it was time for Owen to get to go play on the playground he kept seeing in the distance. We ended up taking a few more pictures while he played of course : )
